Kurisu Nodaichi. Following a noble upbringing, this samurai was inexplicably exiled from his home due to an unspeakable past. Harnessing Electricity (Raiki), an advanced form of Air (Fūki), he teaches the other boys how to control their new powers.
Kenji Tetsuya. A fellow freshman at Kurisu's school. Enigmatically, he already possesses control over Fire (Kaki) and Light (Kōki).
Ace Miller. Accidentally starts a fire in the kitchen after spontaneously developing the ability to manipulate Flame (Kaki).
Kellevra Miller. The youngest of the group. He awakens to the element of Earth (Doki) to protect himself during a kitchen fire.

About the author
S. C. Contryman is a blue-collar American truck driver driving an 80,000-pound semi all over the Rockies. At home, he's got the big pickup that looks like it's overcompensating, that occasionally has the Stars and Stripes flying from the truck bed. Depends on how YEE YEE he feels that day.But long before he got cut off by Teslas for a living, he lived in Southern California. From a young age, he found fascination with titles such as Ronin Warriors and My Neighbor Totoro. Sometimes sitting in front of channels 18 or 52, he watched what he only discovered later were episodes of Saint Seiya, Sailor Moon, and Ranma ½ in either Spanish or Japanese.Add to that a grandfather regularly visiting Japan and bringing back souvenirs, which only fed his love of Japanese media.He was also an avid reader, always begging his parents for the most recent Star Wars novel. Hambly and Zahn would have been proud.Fast forward to today, with hundreds, potentially thousands of hours worth of epic novels, anime, light novels, manga, and graphic novels consumed, his already large appetite for Japanese culture expanded, growing to include martial arts and history, where he practices a 400-year-old koryū martial art known as Asayama Ichiden-ryū Hyōhō under Sōke Seki Nobuhide Sensei.Enter Sanzensekai!Somewhere along the way, during his chuuni years of sword-fighting his brothers with sticks and imaginary energy blasts, the games transitioned from games to a world, and that world grew.Twenty-five years later, that one world has grown into more than just a single story in his head and on scraps of paper or forgotten ClarisWorks and Microsoft Word files. With soundscapes on YouTube, visual arts by Anra, and a multi-novel series all in the works, the Sanzensekai promises to deliver on its name of 3000 worlds.
